  1. Services: We provide advertising and creative services as outlined in your project agreement.

  2. Payment: All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

  3. Intellectual Property: Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. We retain rights to draft materials unless agreed otherwise.

  4. Confidentiality: We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose project details without permission.

  5. Revisions: Revisions are included as per the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  6. Timeline: Project timelines are based on mutual agreement. Delays caused by the client may extend deadlines.

  7. Liability: We are not liable for results beyond our control, such as third-party platform changes or unforeseen circumstances.

  8. Cancellation: Either party may cancel the project with written notice. Fees for work already completed will apply.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be settled under jurisdiction laws.
